Emotional Freedom Therapy (EFT) is a form of acupressure using gentle tapping of fingertips and positive affirmations to release emotional blockages and trauma.
Based on the belief that the cause of negative emotions that effect our physical and mental health is a disruption to the body’s energy flow, stimulating certain energy points allows a free flow of energy and greater self-acceptance.
Non-invasive, deeply connective and re-energising, EFT is a healing therapy for anger, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, depression, fears and phobias, insomnia, pain, trauma and panic attacks.
